The 400 108th building in Bellevue, WA has an interesting history. Built in 1968, it was originally the Washington Federal Center, owned by Washington Federal Bank. Clarion Partners bought the 17-story building in 2020 with plans to transform it into a new tower supporting a rich, urban experience for downtown Bellevue pedestrians, bicyclists, and workers. RescueAir and local channel partner University Mechanical have been chosen to provide the FARS system for the building. We’re excited to be part of this transformative project.
